Return Policy

1. General Return Policy
Mallakat website offers a return service within 14 One day From the date the product receives eligible items. Items must be in original, unused condition, with all original packaging, tags and accessories.

2. Return Eligibility Requirements
Return terms include::

• Non-returnable items Perishable products include personal hygiene products, and some sanitary products.
• Products that arrive damaged or defective can be returned for a full refund or exchange within 14 days.
• Digital Products Items marked as “Finally Cleared” are not eligible for returns.

3. Return process
To start the return process:

• Please contact our customer service within 14 days for general products and please contact us within 3 days if there is a defect in the product..
• Pack the product securely and be sure to include all original packaging.
• Ship the product to the address provided by customer service or the product will be picked up at the door by a delivery representative.

4. Refund
The amount will be refunded within 5-7 Working days After receiving and inspecting the returned product. The amount will be refunded to the original payment method.

5. Switch Policy
We offer exchanges for damaged or mis-sent items. If an exchange cannot be provided, a full refund will be issued.

6. Exceptions

7. Return shipping costs
